Cabin Juice is one of those rare Summit County restaurants where the food lives up to the hype. Everything we ate was exquisitely made, delicious, and well worth the price. So many restaurants are "just okay"- barely worth the price and the food is okay, but not amazing. Cabin Juice is not that. Cabin Juice goes above and beyond for delicious, well presented food. When my husband and I recently went for apres, the restaurant itself was closed for a private event. But they were happy to make us some food to go and provide HH drinks. Nick the host was super accommodating, congenial and really set the tone for the entire experience. It could have been a negative "sorry folks" experience, and he ensured it was the opposite. The Fried Zucchini is unlike any you've had before- it had a slightly sweet taste due to the hot honey. Highly recommend the Fried Zucchini, Muhummara Dip (my husband's new favorite), and Green Chili Corn Chowder were amazing. Finally, the Apres pours were decent and the house red (a pinot noir) tasted smooth and not cheap like you'd expect most house reds. Hands down our new favorite restaurant for food and staff. We can't wait to go back!
